How do I pay rent?
Electronically through the tenant portal once the Houston operation is live.
Something is broken. What do I do?
Submit a maintenance request with photos. If it is an emergency, call instead of submitting a form.
When do I get my deposit back?
Texas sets a deadline running from when you surrender the property and provide a forwarding address, with an itemized accounting of any deductions. Give us a forwarding address in writing — the clock depends on it.
Can I use a housing voucher?
Yes. Tell us at enquiry so we can check the property against your bedroom size and the applicable payment standard.
Can I paint or make changes?
Ask first, in writing. Some changes are fine with approval; unapproved changes come out of the deposit.
